Lisa Kalfus

Lisa Kalfus is a Connection Coach passionate about helping people learn to connect more meaningfully.  She has completed multiple coaching courses including HeartRise, a coaching methodology to lead with heart, and is a Certified Facilitator of The Xchange Approach, a world-renown leader in facilitation whose model enables exponential outcomes by choreographing conversations that unlock collective wisdom.  

Prior to becoming a professional human connection facilitator and coach, she enjoyed an extensive marketing career for 20+ years leading and connecting marketing teams for respected companies such as Wente Family Estates and Peet’s Coffee. She is known for her work at Wente where she sparked Make Time®, a movement to inspire people to make time for what matters - to connect. She was influential in leading Wente through change to lead with purpose, and Make Time®became the company’s vision and permeated through the culture through various programs, activities, and leadership practices. 

In her personal life, she is known by her friends for being a “connector” and loves supporting others in their learning journeys with personal growth resources, hosting intentional gatherings, traveling across the country and globe to connect and meet new people, and connecting through dance.
